Expert in Consumer Behavior on social networks and Holistic Nutrition. Born in Italy, her first contact with traditional and natural culture came through her grandmother, who taught her to value the gifts of the Earth and the secrets of an ancient tradition.

Her mother introduced her to herbal medicine, naturopathy or healing using essential oils and spices, based on natural medicine. From a young age, Sonia was educated about the consumption of natural products and outdoor activities. Originally from Piemonte (Italian Alps), she grew up next to the mountains surrounded by nature and animals.

With a double degree in International Commerce and Intercultural Business and Marketing, and World Civilization and Literature. She studied in the United States, Scotland, the United Kingdom and France, where she completed a double Master's degree in International Affairs with a specialization in geopolitics.

Then, she specialized in a PhD based on the impact of nutritional marketing awareness actions targeting good eating practices and their influence on the behavior of young people. After four years of research on eating habits, the origin of products, food-related illnesses, diets, labeling, food industries, globalization and social networks, she concluded that human beings is “addicted” and a victim of consumer goods and big brands.

Sonia has twelve years of experience in five different industries: Fashion & Luxury, Maritime Logistics, Government Relations, Bioagriculture, International University Research and Academic.

She has worked in 11 countries and traveled to more than 98. She speaks eight languages ​​and she is also an International Athlete (Runner & Triathlete)
